District Clerk Managers and Supervisors Announce April Employee Commendations



APRIL 2009 COMMENDATIONS

Greg Allbright commends:
*Mike Lindley and the Passports staff who have made special trips to Dallas Deaf Action Center and Methodist Hospital to serve the special needs of customers.
*All staff members, especially Felicia Pitre and Brittny Owens, who helped complete a two- month budget preparation process in two weeks.

Leonard Blackwell commends:
*Shundra Young for quickly grasping the responsibilities of her collections position, making an immediate and positive impact in a position she assumed two months ago.

Mary Ann Cannon commends:
*Felicia Pitre for her invaluable work to cover Admin HR functions during her FMLA with her new-born daughter.

David Daniels and Anne Erwin commend:
*Felony Collections staff for generating the highest level of monthly collections since the program’s inception in 1999.
*Danita Williams-Devereaux for her excellent work in taking over the protective orders desk following Becky Dillard’s retirement.

Virginia Etherly and Maria Sanchez commend:
*All family court clerks who, under the supervision of Danitra Wilkerson, have reduced backlogs that included more than 1,000 cases to a level of approximately 100, a remarkable achievement.
*Juvenile, Document Production, and Civil File Desk for reporting almost zero backlog.

*Jeffie Swanson, Oscar Tovar and Marie Arroyo for their rapid grasp of federal, state and county regulations required to accept passport and marriage license applications.

Nina Mountique commends:
*Sandra Gray, Jackie Jones, Eneida Sanders, Patricia Lara, Tenisha Everett and Carol Langley for keeping Juvenile Collections running smoothly.
*Gale Tobias, Tasha Buckley and Susan Haynes for expediting the 304th chapter 263 cases.
*All Juvenile Section staff members for their commitment, hard work and diligence in keeping backlog at a minimal each month.

Stan Tungate commends:
*Liska McCasland for her dedicated assistance in digitizing old Family Indexes with significant historical value.
