On Halloween, the District Clerk Benevolence Committee continued its annual observation of the holiday with costume, pumpkin and office decorating contests, and the distribution of candy to eager and excited costumed kids from the Dallas County daycare facility.

Sporting a Jackie Brown ‘70s disco pantsuit and coiffed with her trademark Afro, Treva Parker-Ayodele, shown in a photo below, won the costume contest. Second place went to Tonya Richardson, who cuffed the judges in her Reno Cop outfit, complete with rhinestone and glittered accessories. Officer Richardson was also part of the team that won the pumpkin prize, along with her colleagues Sheila Bailey-Wilson, Tarvarya Jordan and Cheryl Rivera.

Shown also is the team of Benevolence Committee Chair Felicia Pitre and committee member Brittny Owens, who made all arrangements for the diverse activities.
