December Employee Spotlight - Donna Hall and Cheryl Easter

DONNA HALL AND CHERYL EASTER RECEIVE AWARDS FOR DISTINGUISHED COURT SERVICE



Donna Hall, lead clerk for 301st Judicial District Court, has demonstrated exceptional determination to eliminate the court’s backlog while also providing superior customer service. For her performance, she, along with Cheryl Easter, recently received awards recognizing their high level of professional skills. In addition to her distinguished work in the courts, she serves the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and participates each year in National Adoption Day.



The mother of one son, Donna is an active member of Creekside Church of Christ, where she works in the cafeteria and is leader of the Baptistery Ministry.



A 15-year veteran of Dallas County, Cheryl Easter has held positions in the 302nd Family Courts and her current position as support clerk for Court 1 in the IV-D section. Regardless of the court she serves, she has consistently performed beyond the expectations of her positions, helping staff resolve issues to function more smoothly and serve customers more efficiently.



A wife and mother of one son, Cheryl is an active member of People Baptist Church where she donates time assisting the less fortunate in her community and serves as the second vice president of the usher board. In her spare time she likes to read, watch sports, and travel.



Both clerks work daily to make a positive impact within the department and are truly assets in providing unsurpassed customer service to the citizens of Dallas County.
