District Clerk Managers and Supervisors Announce December Employee Commendations

LEONARD BLACKWELL COMMENDS:

* Carolyn Griffith, featured on the District Clerk Blog, for 15 years of exemplary service to Trust and Accounting.

* Vicki Artis for preparing two years of IV-D back billings for Juvenile, and overcoming a six-month delay in AG billing of IV-D cases

PAULA BURCH-WADE COMMENDS:

* Virginia Etherly for helping with E-filing.

* Franchesca Zarate for entering the convenience fee on E-filed Pleadings.

* Denise Smith for entering the Electronic Daily Report when one of the lead clerks is out.

MARY ANN CANNON COMMENDS:

* Supervisors and Managers who proceeded quickly to fill open positions.

TINA COOPER COMMENDS:

* Lamonica Littles for taking Juror Orientation at the last minute when others can’t.

* Deneice Asberry - Hughes and Cynthia L. Bailey for their willingness to help on special projects, even when they’re training new court

clerks.

* Sumetra Rayson and Doris Godbold for working with trainees while trainers are placed on special projects.

* Jeanette Hollingsworth, Cyndi Bailey, Ana Reyes and Rosa Orozco for assisting in the 194th during the chief's absence.

ANNE ERWIN COMMENDS:

* Lori Primm, Gary Nimtz and Flo Hampton for acting quickly to make room for 2009 Criminal Case jackets when they arrived unannounced.

* Nick Rodriguez, Glenn Pittman and Christopher Brown for manually retrieving and stacking three pallets of jackets from downstairs

after the service elevator broke.

* All criminal employees for actively participating in the paper recycling program.

VIRGINIA ETHERLY AND MARIA SANCHEZ COMMEND:

* IV-D staff for processing all administrative writs received for the month of October before the deadline.

* Nina Mountique and all other Adoption Day volunteers for making this year's National Adoption Day another success.

MICHAEL LINDLEY COMMENDS:

* Bernice Reid and Ruth North for managing a smooth transition for new passport and marriage license clerks in the section.

FELICIA PITRE COMMENDS:

* Trenton Hearn and Rashad Body for responding to all Administration requests for assistance in running errands, lifting boxes, stocking

soda machines and herding 20 costumed kids at Halloween.

* Robert Hurd, Mike Clark, Isaac Elizarraras and Matt Little for assisting in the 2009 case jacket relocation project, which could not have

been completed without them.

* Caroll Jones for selling 90 District Clerk auto window stickers.

* Carol Langley and Juvenile staff for selling $250 worth of baked goods in the recent bake sale.

STAN TUNGATE COMMENDS:

* Charles Leviston, who retired in November, for his 10 years of commendable service to Records.

DANITRA WILKERSON COMMENDS:

* The Family/IV-D Court Clerks for displaying hard work and determination while decreasing backlog in the department.
