District Clerk Managers and Supervisors Announce March Employee Commendations


March 2009 Commendations

GREG ALLBRIGHT COMMENDS:
*Mike Lindley and the passport staff for the Deaf Action Center visit to process applications in a meaningful service to the community.

LEONARD BLACKWELL COMMENDS:
*Lula Cooper who wrote guidelines for family billing and for training our current temporary clerk and Francell Johnson who has been instrumental in helping implement the Payment Plan functionality
*The Collection Section for their perseverance and collective effort to improve processes by using technology without a supervisor and limited directions from the manager.
*Elnora Moore, Vicki Artis, Shundra Young and MaryEsther Petton for their dedication and hard work during a difficult period

PAULA BURCH-WADE COMMENDS:
*All members of the File and Information Desk staff for being receptive to the cross training project underway.

DAVID DANIELS AND ANNE ERWIN COMMEND:
*Greg Albright and Felicia Pitre for getting our felony collections position briefed to Commissioner’s court within a week of the vacancy occurring.
*Debra Parker, Jenny Kirtley and Nick Rodriguez for calmly and professionally resolving a potentially violent situation without incident.

VIRGINIA ETHERLY AND MARIA SANCHEZ COMMEND:
*Paula Burch-Wade for working diligently with Texas On-Line obtaining information packets and promotional materials.
*Family, IV-D and Civil Court Clerks for keeping a low backlog and keeping operations running smoothly despite being short-staffed.
*Dorothy Lankford for her professionalism in handling difficult issues in Civil Court.
*Danitra Wilkerson for her energetic persistence in developing notably higher levels of camaraderie in the Family Courts.
*Jeremy Cooke, Barbara Barton, Linda Manning, and Kimberlee Young for their perceptive questions and dedication in implementing the 302nd Pilot Project.
*Family Court Clerks for embracing our goals of a paperless environment.

TROYLANDRIA “BO" JACKSON COMMENDS:
*Dondra Gray for successfully completing the Star of Excellence Program.

DOROTHY LANKFORD COMMENDS:
*Bonnie Rivera for becoming a top producer in a very short period and for never failing to provide in valuable support whenever needed.

CLAIRE MOSES COMMENDS:
*De’Andrea Lacy who stayed five hours during the ice storm until the next shift arrived to ensure the Mag court was staffed.

STANLEY TUNGATE COMMENDS:
*Lynda King, Tracking/Warehouse Clerk, for her immeasurable assistance and initiative in assisting customers and clerks locating and retrieving court records.

DANITRA WILKRSON COMMENDS:
*Linda Manning and Sandra Minter for their dedication and hard work during all the major changes in the Family/IV-D Courts.
